Does Flexxaire have ISO certification?
Yes, we value the importance of being ISO certified and as such have been certified to ISO Standards since 1995.
Will a Flexxaire variable pitch cooling fan completely replace my existing fan system?
Yes and no; our FX Series are designed to replace your entire cooling fan arrangement, but our AX Series do not require the removal of your existing pulley-drive and bearing components.
Do Flexxaire fans produce the same airflow as my current fan?
Yes, we have yet to replace a manufacturer's fan whose airflow could not be matched or exceeded.
What diameters are Flexxaire fans available in?
We have fans to fit almost every application. Fan sizes range anywhere from 20" to 156" (13 feet!) or 508mm to 3.96m.
What are the maintenance requirements on Flexxaire fans?
Other than a hub oil change every 6000 hours, our fans do not require regular maintenance. They are designed for thousands of hours of trouble free operation.
How does Flexxaire address noise concerns?
We have developed a new blade design that is both quieter and more efficient. As proof, these new blades recently passed noise emission requirements in Europe, where stricter standards are in place.
Who should I call if I purchased my fan from a certified Flexxaire dealer?
Flexxaire recommends that you contact your dealer with any questions or concerns, however we do welcome any calls to our head office.
When I require information regarding my Flexxaire Fan System, I am asked for the fan serial number. Where do I find it and why is it important?
All fans have a serial number issued by Flexxaire. Normally, you will find it on the mounting plate or stamped on the fan's hub. This number is very important as it allows our service department to find your exact fan specifications, and ensures that you are given the correct information.
Does Flexxaire offer a trial period to its new customers?
Yes, however some conditions may apply. Please contact our Sales Department for details.
