The all-new MF 8S Xtra tractor series from Massey Ferguson is raising the bar for comfort, control, and efficiency, and Flexxaire is proud to be part of it. Our reversible fan is featured across the entire Xtra lineup, delivering powerful debris clearing, optimized cooling, and fuel savings in even the harshest agricultural environments.

Engineered for Tough Conditions
MF 8S Xtra brings six models to the field, each packing 205 to 305 hp, all powered by AGCO Power 7.4L engines and AGCO’s intelligent Engine Power Management (EPM). These tractors are designed to withstand heat, dust, and debris-heavy workloads without missing a beat. When paired with a Flexxaire reversible fan, they push performance even further by keeping the cooling system clean and efficient. Our reversing fan plays its role, amplifying the MF 8S Xtra’s durability with innovative, self-cleaning cooling technology that automatically clears clogged radiators by reversing airflow at set intervals or on demand. This, in turn, regulates engine temperature, reducing fan drag and minimizing the time spent on maintenance.
According to AGCO, the new fan control software combined with the reversible fan can improve engine performance by up to 5%.
Seamless Operator Control
This system is fully integrated with the MF 8S Xtra’s Datatronic 5 touchscreen terminal or triggered through the Multipad control keys, giving operators complete control from the cab with zero guesswork.
“Ensuring unobstructed airflow allows the cooling fan to operate at reduced speeds, lowering power requirement and saving fuel,” explains Massey Ferguson.
